Key Responsibilities
- Research potential clients to understand their business needs, maintaining and updating leads regularly.
- Conduct introductory calls with prospective corporate clients.
- Build a sales pipeline under the mentorship of seasoned professionals with over a decade of FX sales expertise.
- Meet revenue targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and keeping client interests at the forefront.
- Develop strong internal relationships across departments to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Stay informed about FX market trends, economic shifts, and their impact on client performance.
- Meet weekly and monthly goals for call performance, quality, and sales.
- Actively participate in training, self-assess performance, and hold yourself accountable for success.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and market changes.
Essential Experience & Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- Sales experience is advantageous but not essential (1-2 years preferred).
- Resilience, strong communication skills, and confidence in phone and face-to-face interactions.
