About the Role

As Head of Sales, Ireland, you will drive growth by leading a high-performing team of Sales Executives and Business Development Managers. Your focus will be generating sales leads and building lasting corporate client relationships across Ireland and Europe. You will lead by example, coach your team, and ensure ambitious revenue targets are met through consultative sales and strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of high-performing sales professionals.

  • Build and exceed your individual revenue pipeline.

  • Coach the team on consultative, solution-based sales techniques across the sales cycle.

  • Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy, managing daily operations and key sales metrics.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver individual and collective results.

  • Expertise in solution-driven, consultative sales.

  • 5+ years of experience selling FX, expense management, or payment solutions in financial markets.

  • 2+ years of team leadership experience.

  • Deep knowledge of financial markets and currency fluctuation drivers.

  • Strong sales skills and commercial acumen.

  • Curious, self-starting mindset with quick thinking.

  • Strong work ethic, able to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
