We are seeking experienced FX professionals with a proven track record of closing new business. This role is designed for individuals who are motivated by success, embrace healthy competition, and are eager to continue developing their skills in FX sales. The position involves high phone activity, virtual meetings, and face-to-face client interactions to build lasting relationships and close deals effectively.

We provide comprehensive onboarding and training programs delivered by senior team members and external experts, alongside fully funded exams to achieve regulatory qualifications. With industry-leading first-year commissions (up to 25%) and ongoing rewards (up to 16% for the client’s lifetime), we aim to create a rewarding environment that fosters long-term success. For proven performers, we also offer tailored support to ease transitions, such as upfront commissions based on agreed revenue.

The role is based in Central London (Mayfair) and will be office-based for at least the first year. Exceptional candidates may be eligible for hybrid working arrangements in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research prospective clients to understand their business needs and qualify leads daily.
  • Conduct introductory calls with new corporate clients.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline under the guidance of mentors with extensive FX sales experience.
  • Meet revenue targets in line with regulatory requirements, keeping client interests at the forefront.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a unified approach to success.
  • Stay informed about FX market trends and their impact on client performance.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for call activity, quality, and sales performance.
  • Participate actively in training sessions, self-assess performance, and hold yourself accountable for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market structure changes and regulatory updates.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience with strong evidence of consistently closing new business.
  • Resilient, confident communicator, comfortable on the phone and in-person.
  • Quick to act on constructive feedback.
  • Goal-oriented with persistence for both short-term and long-term success.
  • Fluent in English.
