About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and drive a team of high-performing FX sales professionals. This role will involve overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management for sales representatives who are focused on acquiring and managing corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in FX sales and team management, capable of fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Recruitment

    • Manage the recruitment process for FX sales professionals, ensuring a high standard of candidates.
    • Build and maintain a high-performing sales team through effective leadership, mentorship, and development.
  • Performance Management

    • Set clear KPIs and targets for team members and ensure these are met consistently.
    • Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess strengths and identify areas for development.
  • Training & Development

    • Design and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires, ensuring they are equipped for success.
    • Provide ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and market awareness.
  • Sales Strategy

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Lead team meetings and brainstorming sessions to identify new business opportunities.
    • Monitor market trends and ensure the team adapts to changes in the FX landscape.
  • Client Relationship Management

    • Support team members in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Act as an escalation point for complex client negotiations or issues.
    • Foster a client-first approach, ensuring all interactions align with company values and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in FX sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the FX market, including hedging solutions and corporate treasury management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Skilled in setting KPIs, analyzing performance metrics, and creating actionable plans for improvement.
  • Experience in training and mentoring sales professionals.
  • Goal-oriented, with a strategic mindset and the ability to align team goals with broader business objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
