Our commission structure is among the industry’s best—up to 25% in your first year and up to 16% for the lifetime of your clients while with us. The role is based in our Central London (Mayfair) office, with an in-office commitment for at least the first year. For top performers, we’re open to exploring hybrid arrangements if it benefits both you and the business.

Research potential clients to identify their needs, qualifying and prioritizing leads daily.

Initiate contact with new corporate prospects through introductory calls.

Build and manage a sales pipeline with guidance from mentors boasting over a decade of FX sales expertise.

Meet revenue goals while adhering to regulatory standards, always prioritizing client interests.

Collaborate across departments to foster a unified team spirit.

Stay informed about currency market trends, global economic shifts, and their impact on clients and prospects.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, quality, and sales outcomes.

Participate in regular training, proactively review your performance and that of peers, and take ownership of your growth.
