Team: International Payments - Corporate Analytics, Advisory, and Dealing
Location: Mayfair, London, SW1
Salary: £75,000 to £95,000
Share Options: Performance-linked share option scheme, with up to 3% allocation for this role and additional increments of 1% based on meeting targets and KPIs. This replaces the commission structure for senior executives.
Bonus: Discretionary bonus pool linked to KPIs and overall company performance, payable at the end of the fiscal year.
Pension: Competitive, aligned with market standards.
Holiday Entitlement: 26 days annually.
Working Abroad: Opportunity to work abroad for up to 4 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the outbound business development team.
• Develop and execute strategies to secure new business opportunities.
• Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and provide tailored risk management solutions.
• Collaborate with advisory and technology teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Stay informed and proactively share market news and trends with clients.
• Prepare professional and detailed client proposals.
• Support advisory presentations by contributing to client reports.
• Meet new business revenue targets.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in corporate sales or dealing.
• Proven expertise in foreign exchange markets.
• Highly motivated, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to develop and articulate sales strategies.
• Understanding and application of derivatives; FCA Certification Function is desirable.
• Knowledge of risk management techniques.
• Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
