The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, to achieve monthly revenue goals.
  • Connect with prospects through emails, calls, virtual demos, or in-person meetings, building trust and rapport.
  • Engage finance directors, accountants, and executives with your knowledge of financial operations to pitch tailored solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams to guide clients smoothly through onboarding.
  • Use Salesforce to track client interactions and maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Stay informed on our solutions and their competitive edge in the market.
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline to consistently exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or payments for SMB or Mid-Market, with a record of closing major deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to surpass sales targets in fast-paced, competitive environments
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS sales processes, particularly for finance-driven organizations.
  • Strong consultative skills, with a knack for explaining solutions and addressing client needs.
  • Experience working with finance professionals, CPAs, or banking sectors.
  • Proficiency with SaaS tools, translating technical features into business benefits, and using virtual presentation platforms.
  • Skilled in Salesforce for forecasting and client record management.
  • Creative problem-solver, able to craft solutions for client challenges.
  • Clear, professional communicator with excellent listening and presentation abilities.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a competitive streak.
  • Highly organized, with strong time-management and multitasking skills.
